Inflammatory Arthritis induced by Keytruda ( Pembrolizumab )

A 69 year old man on Keytruda for lung cancer, presented with inflammatory arthritis.

ESR: 76, CRP: 69 , ANA  1: 160 

RF and  anti CCP: negative.
